At Las Positas Vineyards we believe that the Livermore Valley terroir (soil) produces extraordinary wines that are true to the varietal grape. Las Positas Vineyards’ wines offer the novice and oenophile incredible depth and complexity in every glass. This belief is embedded in the rich history of the valley where wine grapes have been growing since the early 1840’s and producing some of the world’s most prestigious wines since the 1880’s.

Our family proudly tends to the soil and vines in order to create our version of the finest that the Livermore Valley has to offer. The temperate micro-climate and gravelly soils mature our grape vines to perfection. Our winery and vineyard are now part of the newest chapter in the rich history of the Livermore Valley.

Las Positas Vineyards is a vineyard and winery dedicated to the marriage of Old World craftsmanship and New World pioneer spirit in the production of world class wine from our estate in California’s Livermore Valley. We offer small lots of handcrafted wines that epitomize our commitment to the earth and her fruit. We promise our consumers and business partners to be true to the ideals of “good wine starts with good vines and soil.”

580 east to Vasco Rd exit south;
turn left on Brisa;
turn right on National;
turn right on Pinnacle;
LPV is at end of street on left.

From the Valley

580 west to Greenville Rd exit;
turn right at Grant Line and right onto Greenville;
go to third stop light;
turn right on National;
turn left on Pinnacle
